To Register for a seminar, please send your name, mailing address, number of people from your family attending and email address along with the date of the seminar you want to attend along with a check made out to "Kathleen Duncan" to:
PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER BY MAIL ANY LATER THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
We may not receive your check in time if you
mail it after 7 days prior to the Seminar.

To receive the discounted price of $50, registrations must reach us by the Registration Deadline.
Late registrations will be charged
