Fantastic site for researching college and career options! They have information on thousands of colleges around the world. They also have information about various career fields - including education requirement, salaries ranges, descriptions of typical jobs in a variety of fields and much more. They also have information about scholarships. You can search by state, religion, country, field of study or just the name of the school you.
For a small fee, you can take three practice CLEP Exams in any one subject over a 90 day period. This is a great way to find out if your student is ready to pass one of these exam.

The Master's Academy of Fine Arts is a full fine arts program geared to homeschooled children ages 5-18. Meeting just one day per week for three hours, children are exposed to the arts from an historical perspective. Each year the arts are taught from a specific time period beginning with Ancient Civilizations, then moving on to the Medieval/ Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern periods through a six year cycle. Each year is self-contained so a student need not be involved for the full six years, nor do they need to begin at the Ancient Civilizations period to gain a benefit from the program.

This is a Non-profit Christian organization that helps homeschool families. Your child can take all of their courses through Hewitt or just take a few. Hewitt will provide a syllabus for each course and they do the grading. Students have four quarters to complete most classes. Their prices are very reasonable. They use many popular homeschool texts for their classes: Beautiful Feet, Saxon Math, Apologia Science, Critical Thinking. You can get more info at their web site.
