The Host of each seminar attends FREE!
We must have a minimum of 20 families registered to hold a seminar. We will travel throughout Texas and surrounding states.
The Host is responsible to:
1. Get the first 20 registrations - these families must pay by check or money order within two weeks of setting the date. The checks will not be cashed until the early registration deadline.
2. Secure a location for the event
3. Publicize the event within their home school community
4. On the day of the event, set up and clean up.
5. Provide a light snack for during the break.
We will be responsible to:
1. Publicize the event throughout surrounding areas
2. Collect registrations and registration fees
3. Answer any questions about the seminar
4. Cover all expenses relating to travel and providing materials for each family.
